Cancellation

Service-agreement control: These are Luke Marketing’s standard billing and cancellation terms. The signed client service agreement controls if it states different terms.

Current pricing structure

The currently advertised price is $999.99 for the first month and $1,499.99 per month afterward. Any different or additional scope must be agreed in writing.

Before payment

A prospective client first completes a consultation and receives the applicable service agreement. The agreement identifies scope, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and any territory or opportunity protections.

Payment processing

Approved clients receive an invoice and private payment instructions after the service agreement is signed. Accepted payment methods are confirmed directly with the client and may include electronic transfer, an approved payment application, or check. Luke Marketing does not collect bank-account or card credentials through this website.

Cancellation

Clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel ongoing representation. A scheduled monthly charge that falls within the 30-day notice period may still be due. Payments already made are non-refundable, and Luke Marketing will continue the agreed services through the end of the paid service period.

Exit handoff

A basic exit handoff is included at no additional charge. It provides the client with Luke Marketing’s current contact list for the account, relationship notes, and known follow-up status.

An optional $500 transition package adds a strategy call, prioritized follow-up plan, reusable outreach templates, and a formal transition briefing. It is not required to receive the basic handoff.
