Ongoing representation begins after the introductory month, subject to the service agreement. The first month covers setup and initial representation. It does not guarantee leads, bid invitations, or new contracts.

  • Work scope and outreach expectations are defined in the service agreement.
  • Ongoing representation requires 30 days’ written cancellation notice; paid amounts are non-refundable and service continues through the paid term.

There is no public checkout on this website. A consultation, approval, and signed service agreement come before first-payment instructions. Work begins only after the initial payment clears.

We intentionally limit the number of electrical contractors we represent in each market to provide attentive service and manage potential conflicts of interest.

Opportunities independently identified and introduced by Luke Marketing may be protected for a specific client under the service agreement. This does not give a contractor exclusive rights to a GC’s projects or prevent GCs from independently inviting other contractors. Market-wide exclusivity applies only if expressly agreed.
