About Luke Marketing
A small, focused business development firm shaped by firsthand experience inside a family-owned electrical contracting company.
Meet Luke / Asheville, NC
My name is Luke Guntis. I help lead business development and operations for my family’s company, AMP’D Electrical Contractors, based in Asheville and serving Western North Carolina.
My work includes finding construction opportunities, researching builders and general contractors, reaching decision-makers, attending meetings, coordinating bids, completing prequalification packages, and keeping relationships moving through consistent follow-up.
I have also supported contracts, billing, documentation, inspections, job-cost tracking, and the day-to-day organization required to present a small contractor professionally.

Why I built Luke Marketing
Contractors should not have to choose between running today’s jobs and building tomorrow’s relationships.
I know how quickly outreach and follow-up get pushed aside when you are managing crews, estimates, customers, paperwork, and problems in the field. The work is important, but there is rarely enough time to do it consistently.
Luke Marketing was built to become the business-development side of your team. You build and complete the work. I find opportunities, develop GC relationships, and keep your company visible to the right people.
